Funding development - we support organisations to diversify funding streams and provide accompaniment through proposal development processes
Evidence-based research for policy, advocacy and learning - we conduct primary and secondary research to gather qualitative and quantitative data, provide analysis and recommendations for action
Capacity building - we build skills and experience in advocacy to make changes at national and local levels with an emphasis on using evidence to inform strategies
Mainstreaming - we facilitate processes to mainstream cross cutting issues into organisational and programmatic approaches including policy development and implementing training
Programme design - we articulate programmes from conception to implementation
Monitoring - we design tailored monitoring systems from centralised databases to simple tools to support partner organisations
Evaluations and assessments - we provide external assessments of impact and compliance of programmes
Training - we provide training programmes on key development issues to build human resource capacity
