We work with governments to develop national and local policy, and review progress against national and international targets.  We build capacity to engage meaningfully with civil society through consultations, collaboration and developing partnerships

• Consultative processes with key stakeholders - we facilitate processes to ensure meaningful participation of civil society organisations and other stakeholders in local and national government consultations
• Evaluations of services and programmes - we implement reviews of government programmes including impact, adherence to standards, and progress against local, national and international targets
• Research for policy development - we conduct evidence based research to inform the development of appropriate policy responses by local and national government
• Compliance audits - we provide monitoring of programmes and services to measure compliance with funding and objective parameters
