Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said an Iranian proposal on its nuclear programme presented today to the United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will be assessed by all concerned parties and, if accepted, could serve as an important confidence-building measure and pave the way for a negotiated solution to the dispute. read full article |
